Haa.su provides short links, QR codes, user-created pages, catalogues, orders, online booking, feedback forms and chat. HTTPS destinations may use an interstitial before redirect. Unencrypted HTTP destinations are not embedded in the trusted Haa.su interface; the visitor is warned and may open them through a top-level navigation.
Users are responsible for submitted URLs, page content, images, product and service information, prices, personal data obtained through their pages, and third-party rights. Phishing, malware, impersonation, unlawful content, processing personal data without a lawful basis, arbitrary executable code and tracking pixels are prohibited.
Accounts require an email address and password. Users must protect their credentials. Deleted page codes may remain reserved. Page passwords are stored only as password hashes and cannot be recovered by the service.
Some functions may require a subscription or an individually granted premium feature. The page owner remains responsible for lawful fulfilment of orders, bookings, messages and requests received through the page.
The service and third-party resources are provided as available. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by mandatory law. Analytics cookies are optional and are not loaded before a separate choice. Google Analytics remains disabled unless its legal and technical requirements are separately satisfied.

Personal data processed by page owners
When a user enables forms, booking, orders, chats, identified comments or other functions intended to collect visitor data for the user's own purposes, that user independently determines the purposes and scope of such processing and acts as the personal-data controller/operator to the extent required by applicable law. The user must ensure a lawful basis for processing, provide the required notices and consents, and perform any mandatory notification or registration formalities applicable to the user. Standard Haa.su modules are not intended for the targeted collection of special-category or biometric personal data; the user must not configure platform fields to collect such data without a separate lawful basis and a processing arrangement agreed with Haa.su.
For the technical operation of such functions, the user instructs Haa.su to process the relevant data only to the extent necessary to provide the platform service, including receipt, storage, display, transmission to the page owner, backup and deletion in accordance with the service rules. The user must keep the operator-identification information in the account accurate when such information is required for the user's pages.
Rules for using the page-saving feature
Each time a user starts a web-page save or refreshes a previously saved version, the user separately confirms that the Haa.su legal information has been reviewed and that the user has a right or other lawful basis for the intended use of the materials. The saving operation does not proceed without this confirmation.
The user undertakes not to alter or edit the saved page or its materials without the rights holder's permission, not to remove authorship or rights-holder information, not to use the feature to bypass blocks, authorization, CAPTCHA, paywalls, DRM or other technical restrictions, and to delete the saved version upon the rights holder's first request.
The user is responsible for the selected source and the lawfulness of the user's use of the materials. Haa.su may restrict or remove a saved version upon a rights-holder or other affected person's request, or where a violation of law or these rules is identified.
